This airy 600 square feet (50 square meter) apartment is located on the first French floor(American second floor) of a building rue de Bourgogne, in one of the nicest upscale neighborhoods of Paris. It has a comfortable living room. It is very quiet since it overlooks an inner courtyard. It can sleep up to four people very comfortably.
There is cable TV with international channels and high speed internet access.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and a microwave oven. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower handle. The Bourgogne will give you the warm feeling and peacefulness of the typical French "joie de vivre".
About the Neighborhood
One of the most sought after and expensive in Paris, the 7th arrondissement is indeed incredibly well located - the Latin Quarter, Boulevard St Germain, the Louvre, Tuileries gardens, Musée d'Orsay, Ile de la Cité, Notre Dame and the banks of the Seine are all within an easy walk. The immediate area is particularly safe - the Hotel Matignon, official residence of the Prime Minister is nearby ! Good metro and bus routes.
Antique dealers of "Rue du Bac" and "Carre Rive Gauche" choose their location in a Paris of artists, poets and cultural life in general. You can find there all kinds of antiquities, from every country and every time.
